Dosa & Parotta Master

Chixy Chick & Caf 2.0 is looking for an experienced Dosa & Parotta Master to independently manage our live dosa and parotta station at our dine-in restaurant.

Your day-to-day includes:

• Preparing dosa batter, parotta dough, and required accompaniments
• Making different varieties of dosa and hand-made parotta
• Managing the complete dosa & parotta station throughout the day
• Handling customer orders quickly during service hours
• Managing ingredient preparation and stock requirements for the station
• Keeping the station, tawa, equipment, and work area clean and organized
• Maintaining consistent taste, quality, and portion size

Previous experience as a Dosa & Parotta Master is preferred.
