Job Description

  • Generating sales from the Domestic market as per assigned budgets
  • Ensure file profitability, managing assigned budgets, and statistical/financial records
  • Ensuring maintaining a high standard of quality and service delivery
  • Ensure proper coordination maintain PR at all service levels (Interdepartmental coordination communication, including domestic agents)
  • Liaise with travel partners, including hotels to manage booking schedules
  • Customer satisfaction (Dealing with customer inquiries meeting their expectations)
Specific responsibilities
  • Sales visits to clients
  • Ensure cost control / constant renegotiation with suppliers to increase profitability
  • Maintaining weekly sales reports
  • Coordinating with the product and Procurement team for setting up of new products if required
  • Ensure process compliance to increase productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Keep a track of Conversion ratio, GOP and Client feedback
Job Specifications
  • Candidate should be a minimum graduate
  • Should have a minimum of 4-6 years experience and a flair in sales role
  • Should have an understanding of the customer needs and the market
  • Must possess Destination and Product knowledge and sound understanding of market pattern
  • Strong interpersonal skills
