HR Recruiter (Fresher):- We are looking for an Recruiter to manage recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities and results.
