Role & responsibilities

Global operation and documentation:

1. Understanding of Global Trade documentation / Shipping documents

2. Experience working with Letter of Credit and negotiations

3. Understanding of INCO Terms

4. Experience in handling container shipment

5. Experience in handling Bulk vessels

6. Experience in handling and appointing inspection / surveyor companies

7. Experience in insurance coverage for goods

8. Cash flow management / Payments with Suppliers and Buyers

9. Tracking and Managing trades / vessels systematically

10. Managing end to end supply chain in global operations

11. Preparation of documentary instructions / Shipping Instructions

12. Checking and approving draft documents

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors in international business
• Preferably to have knowledge of INCO TERMS
• Experience: Experience in Global trade operations and documentation
• Good analytical skill and able to speak in English.
• Organized and systematic approach.
• Able to work effectively in diverse team environment
• Knowledge of SAP
