DNB Coordinator

1. NBEMS Compliance & Accreditation

• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the hospital and NBEMS / NBE.
• Manage new accreditation applications, seat expansion requests, and timely renewal of existing DNB specialties.
• Coordinate hospital inspections, audits, and compliance visits conducted by NBEMS assessors.
• Ensure hospital compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and quality guidelines laid out by NBEMS.

2. Resident Onboarding & Administration

• Facilitate joining procedures, document verification, and registration of DNB residents with NBEMS.
• Maintain complete profiles, logbooks, attendance, leave records, and stipend disbursement details for residents.
• Address day-to-day administrative queries, issues, or logistical needs of DNB candidates.

3. Academic & Clinical Training Management

• Prepare and implement duty rosters, clinical rotation plans, department postings, and night-shift schedules in coordination with HODs.
• Plan and schedule academic activities including clinical seminars, grand rounds, case presentations, journal clubs, and workshops.
• Coordinate internal assessments, mock theory and practical examinations, and faculty evaluation reports.

4. Thesis & Research Support

• Monitor thesis protocol submission deadlines, research progress, ethics committee approvals, and final thesis submissions.
• Track scientific publications, paper presentations, and conference participation by DNB trainees.
