DMC Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Define the vehicle acceptance criteria as per corporate req.
• Communicate the company requirements to the concerned parties.
• Perform Safety Inspection as per the checklist as per go no go sheet & All vehicle checks as per for MSD compliance
• Perform Induction for all divers.
• Maintain TBT and other data for monthly data for reporting.
• Prepare for Monthly Compliance for reporting.
• Maintain workplace in safe.
• Conduct DDT training of Dedicated or non-dedicated vehicles.
• Conduct CTA training and communicate all incident which is happened in previous month.
• Conduct Mistry Follow-up every month.
• Conduct Journey Risk Management & develop JRM report.
• Responsible to implement INSWA DMC guidelines & record the compliances as per the annexure.
• Conduct review meetings of transporters in presence of safety team.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma in Fire & Industrial Safety Management / Diploma in IOSH (Industrial Occupational safety & Health Managing Safely).
• Diploma Master Heavy Transport Vehicle & Defensive Drive Training Certificate
