JobSummary:

To provide technical and administrativesupport to the COO Projects in overseeing real estate commercial andresidential projects. Role will focus on project coordination, technicaldocumentation, site visits, attending stakeholder meetings, monitoring timelinesand cost, tendering and contract finalization process. The role will alsoinvolve in technical assistance to derive strategies for projects.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Monitoringof ongoing commercial and residential projects.

2. Support inissue resolutions and corrective actions.

3. Coordinationwith internal and external stake holders for project related activities.

4. Preparetechnical reports and documentation including support in data analysis.

5. Support invendor evaluation and process improvement.

Key Skills Required:

1. Technically sound knowledge of civil engineering aspects.

2. Strong organizational skills to assist in critical decision making.

3. Good presentation skills.

4. Strong analytical skills.

Desired Work Experience andQualification:

B.E Civil with 8-10 years of experience in similarrole.
