Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end merchandising activities for bulk production orders
Coordinate with buyers, factories, sourcing, production, and quality teams
Ensure smooth execution from order confirmation to shipment
Monitor T&A, production status, and delivery timelines
Drive bulk production efficiency, quality compliance, and cost control
Handle buyer communication and resolve execution challenges proactively
Lead and mentor merchandising teams for effective coordination and performance
Preferred candidate profile
- 10+ years of experience in apparel merchandising with strong exposure to bulk production
- Expertise in handling hardgoods export orders
- Strong factory coordination and buyer management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
