Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced merchandising professional with strong expertise in bulk production management within the apparel export industry. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in handling large-scale orders, buyer coordination, factory management, and driving on-time execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end merchandising activities for bulk production orders
• Coordinate with buyers, factories, sourcing, production, and quality teams
• Ensure smooth execution from order confirmation to shipment
• Monitor T&A, production status, and delivery timelines
• Drive bulk production efficiency, quality compliance, and cost control
• Handle buyer communication and resolve execution challenges proactively
• Lead and mentor merchandising teams for effective coordination and performance

Key Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in apparel merchandising with strong exposure to bulk production
• Expertise in handling woven/garment export orders
• Strong factory coordination and buyer management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
