The incumbent will be responsible for the following
Budget:

Responsible for Project [Discipline Name] Budget execution: Execute the [Discipline Name] budget within the assigned project, ensuring alignment with the overall project budget and [Discipline Name] Discipline budget guidelines provided by the [Discipline Name] Engineering Manager of the entity.
Support Operations:

Responsible for Project Discipline QCD Management: Lead the team responsible for Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance of the [Discipline Name] discipline within the assigned project, adhering to standardized methodologies, [Discipline Name] project dashboard and KPIs defined by the Group/Division and followed by the [Discipline Name] Engineering Manager and Discipline Team Leader.

Responsible for [Discipline Name] Technical Review execution and corrective action plan within the project.

Drive design solutions reuse within the assigned project.
Competencies:

Support [Discipline Name] Discipline QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control): Identify discipline issues in standard, method, tools, test means for ensuring rapid resolution of technical issues and continuous improvement in design execution

Responsible for Project [Discipline Name] QRQC, ensuring management of the correction of major technical issues with the support of the entity [Discipline Name] engineering manager and the relevant [Discipline Name] Experts.

Support [Discipline Name] Competency Development of the [Discipline Name] design team within the project.

Execute Discipline Efficiency Plan within the assigned project.
Collaboration and Influence:

Collaborate with Discipline Engineering Manager and Discipline Team Leader: Maintain regular communication and alignment with the Discipline Engineering Manager and Discipline Team Leader on budget performance, design execution, quality control, and efficiency initiatives.

Collaborate with RD Technical Project Leader: Work closely with the RD Technical Project Leader to ensure seamless integration of the [Discipline Name] design within the overall project plan, timeline, and technical specifications.

Lead and Mentor Discipline Designers: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to Discipline Designers working on the project, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
