Director - Presales & Quality Assurance (15-24 yrs)

Role & responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end pre-sales strategy for large QA/QE opportunities and RFP/RFI/RFQ responses.

- Design enterprise Quality Engineering transformation solutions covering :

1. Functional Testing

2. Test Automation

3. Performance Testing

4. AI-led Testing

- Engage with CIOs, CTOs, and other C-level executives.

- Conduct discovery workshops, maturity assessments, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).

- Develop Statements of Work (SOWs), pricing strategies, and commercial proposals.

- Drive AI adoption in testing, including :

1. GenAI-based testing

2. Self-healing automation

3. Intelligent defect analytics

- Build and mentor the QE Solutions and Pre-Sales organization.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 15+ years in QA/Quality Engineering.

- 5+ years leading Pre-Sales or Solution Engineering teams.

- Demonstrated success winning large enterprise QA transformation deals.

- Strong expertise in :

1. Test Automation

2. Performance Testing

3. API Testing

4. Security Testing

5. AI-driven Testing

- Experience with :

1. AWS/Azure/GCP

2. DevOps

3. CI/CD pipelines

- Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and commercial skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ISTQB Advanced/Expert

- PMP

- CSM

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering
