Job Summary

• Manage, deliver and support the development of platform components that enable all Icertis products with strict release criteria and SLA s around quality, security and performance that is scalable.
• Hands-on leadership and an eye for details with a strong product engineering mindset
• The ability to go in depth into technical issues to solve them or understand and explain to stake holders
• Establish control on project schedules, budget and risk issues; facilitate timely decisions to maintain project schedule and budget.
• Build, retain and motivate high performing product engineering team
• Identify project risks early and assist by providing prudent and timely recommendations for risk avoidance.
• Monitor and evolve high quality and efficient agile based engineering processes
• Minimize customer specific customizations by recommending which features need to be in the core product working closely with product management

Responsibilities:

Skills and Qualifications:

• 13 to 16 years of relevant technology experience with focus on product development and enterprise solution delivery, with at least 5 years in leadership role.
• Strong hands on experience, with ability to critically review engineering designs and help the team evolve a DevOps mindset
• Architecting, engineering and supporting commercial software products is a must
• Strong track record of delivering customer success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence peers and leaders across the organization.
• Hire, mentor top talent and build high performance teams
• Manage Process improvements, Decision making, Resource planning and budgets
• Risk identification and Assessment as it relates to enterprise solutions.
• Experience in SaaS products and/or Azure expertise is a plus
• Bachelors Engineering Degree in Computer Science from a reputed institute. masters degree in Computer Science preferred
