About the Role

Phenom Cloud is looking for a results-driven Head – Sales & Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and drive revenue growth. This leadership role requires someone who can build a strong demand generation engine, align sales and marketing, and create a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive demand generation and pipeline growth.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Own MQL and SQL generation, conversion, and marketing ROI.
• Develop brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead digital marketing, performance marketing, content, and social media initiatives.
• Plan webinars, events, partner marketing, and thought leadership programs.
• Track marketing performance through analytics and dashboards.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
• Work closely with Sales to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Requirements

• 13+ years of experience in B2B Sales & Marketing, preferably in IT Services, AI, Cloud, SaaS, or Digital Transformation.
• Proven success in demand generation and revenue marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, marketing automation, CRM, SEO/SEM, and campaign management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
