Grade: Assistant Manager
Location: Mumbai
Broad Spectrum of Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates from various Job portals like Naukri /Monster/ Shine and LinkedIn
- Screening the candidate's resumes as per job requirement and contacting relevant candidates
- Manage the Recruitment Process for Direct and Agencies from CV selection to Final selection
Key Skills/Abilities:
- Work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Direct Recruitment abilities in Agri, Manufactures, ecommerce or Financial Services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
