Broad Spectrum of Duties & Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates from various job portals such as Naukri, Monster, Shine, and LinkedIn.
• Screening candidates' resumes as per job requirements and contacting relevant candidates.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for direct hiring and agencies, from CV selection to final selection.

Key Skills & Abilities

• Work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
• Direct recruitment abilities in Agri, Manufacturing, E-commerce, or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
