Diploma Engineer Trainee

Role & responsibilities :

• Learn company processes, systems, and engineering practices.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and apply technical knowledge in practical situations.
• Attend classroom as well as on the job trainings assigned
• Assist and shadow Workshop and Field Service teams in day-to-day activities.
• Observe and support production, maintenance, quality, and process improvement initiatives.
• Follow safety, quality, and operational guidelines at all times.
• Support team members in executing departmental activities

Preferred candidate profile :

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Freshers / 1 year of experience
• Immediate joiners preferred

Selected candidates will undergo a one-year structured training program . High-performing trainees may get the opportunity to grow into Field Service Engineer roles, providing technical support and service to customers across diverse industrial environments. Career progression will depend on individual performance and role availability.
