You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust APIs while ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems such as CMS, payment gateways, booking services, and events. Responsibilities

• Design implement secure and scalable APIs, using the microservices architecture
• Integrate with 3rd party payment gateways, booking systems, CMS
• Handle webhooks, SDKs, and API response processing for third-party services
• Test, deploy and maintain APIs with CI/CD
• Secure API endpoints using OAuth 2.0, JWT, API keys
• Ensure secure data transmission through encryption (SSL/TLS) and other best practices.
• Implement caching strategies to optimize API response times
• Utilize API Gateway and management tools (AWS API Gateway, Azure API Management)
• Deployment in Cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in API development and third-party integrations
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Java for backend API development
• Expertise in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets
• Hands-on experience with OAuth 2.0, JWT, and token-based authentication
• Proficiency in cloud-based API deployment (AWS API Gateway, Azure API Management)
• Experience integrating with third-party services like Stripe, PayPal, Amadeus, Google Maps, and other systems
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
• Understanding of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus
