Responsibilities
- Power Automate expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate for Desktop flows; should have worked on cloud flows as well and AI Builder; familiarity with Power Platform environments, solutions, and deployment.
- RPA tools knowledge: Hands-on experience with UiPath (required) to read and debug existing workflows for migration; familiarity with Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere is a plus; experience with Microsoft's Power Automate migration tooling (Blueprint or equivalent) preferred.
- Microsoft ecosystem: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps, SharePoint, and Teams integration.
- Programming skills: Knowledge of scripting languages (.Net, PowerShell, VB Scripts) for automation.
- API integration: Experience working with REST APIs, connectors, and custom connectors.
- Process analysis: Ability to understand business processes and translate them into automation solutions.
- Testing and deployment: Ability to execute test cases, fix defects, and deploy solutions to UAT.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills PAD, .NET, and connectors.
- Communication: Excellent collaboration and documentation abilities.
