Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in SMO/SMM, Email Marketing, Social Media Management, and Display Advertising. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical ability to measure campaign performance against ROI and KPIs, drive growth strategies, and optimize conversion funnels. Team management skills and knowledge of Content Management Systems are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SMO/SMM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience.
• Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Must have excellent team management skills to guide them and get the expected as per the set goals.
• Instrument conversion points and optimises user funnels.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Requirements
