Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead and implement comprehensive SEO strategies during the night shift. This role requires a strong background in organic search optimization, KPI monitoring, and team leadership, utilizing tools like Screaming Frog, MOZ, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.

About the Role

As an SEO Manager, you will be pivotal in driving our online visibility and search engine performance. You will be responsible for executing and refining SEO strategies, managing keyword research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure maximum organic reach and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement & Monitor SEO strategies on a regular basis.
• Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization Keywords Research.
• Monitor Keywords Ranking, Traffic, Bounce Rate, and other KPIs.
• Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization.
• Collaborate with web developers, content and marketing team.
• Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude.

Requirements

• Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices.
• Experience with SEO reporting.
• Experience in Team handling (Including team leads & executives).
• Familiarity with relevant tools (e. g. Screaming Frog, MOZ, SEMrush, etc.) and web analytics tools (e. g. Google Analytics, WebTrends).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proven experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager, or similar role.
• 6+ years of experience as SEO Manager or similar role.
• Digital Marketing Agencies experience would be preferred.
