Digital Marketing Manager

-Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.

-Plan and oversee social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and target audiences.

-Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to optimize marketing efforts.

-Manage the creation of engaging and high-quality content, including blogs, website copy, and social media posts.

-Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.

-Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and sales, to ensure a cohesive brand message.

-Oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing.

-Manage and mentor the digital marketing team to achieve set goals and objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing with a strong track record of successful campaigns.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO tools.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience in B2B and B2C marketing strategies is a plus.
