Job Description
Role: To manage SEM accounts of CarWale / BikeWale / CarTrade for generating lead & traffic for different businesses.
Key Outcomes Expected:
1. Should be good at understanding business requirements and deliver basis commitment, creating campaigns on SEM platforms (majorly Google Ads)
2. Analysing with the team on how to further optimize campaigns.
3. Competition Analysis & Various A/B testing
4. Coordinate with product team for improvement in conversion rate & design team to get creatives in place for marketing campaigns.
Competencies needed to deliver the desired outcome:
- Manage the day-to-day campaign activities across search engines including the campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of paid campaigns.
- Analysis of the Analytics accounts on campaign performance and recommend and implement changes to the campaigns.
- Identify and execute optimization recommendations to increase campaign ROI.
- Assist with campaign technical implementation and support troubleshooting.
- Create campaign reports for analysis.
- Desired Skills and Experience in managing large budget PPC campaigns (avoid SEO/Organic experience & Media Buying)
- Ability to understand the target audience and plan campaigns accordingly.

Experience / Qualification / Other Requirements:
- Graduates - BMM/BMS/
- Certification from Google AdWords (Google Ads) – desired but not required.
- Google Analytics Knowledge – desired but not required.
- Good with MS Excel
