About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in performance marketing, campaign optimisation, automation tools, and AI-driven digital workflows. The ideal candidate should be comfortable executing multi-channel campaigns and contributing to brand growth through smart, data-backed strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  
• Manage daily campaign performance, budgets, targeting, and creative testing.
  
• Support marketing automation workflows using tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Zapier, or similar.
  
• Use AI tools for ad optimisation, content assistance, reporting, and audience insights.
  
• Collaborate with the content, design, and social teams to align creatives with campaign goals.
  
• Track KPIs, analyse results, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  
• Conduct competitor research, keyword analysis, and audience segmentation for better campaign outcomes.
  
• Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, and new ad formats.
  

Requirements:

• 25 years of experience in digital marketing with strong exposure to performance marketing.
  
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and marketing automation tools.
  
• Basic understanding of AI tools for creative optimisation, automation, and analytics.
  
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance.
  
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
