We're Hiring | Customer Support Specialist Google Ads (Blended Process)

Are you passionate about customer support, digital marketing, and solving complex technical issues? We're looking for Customer Support Specialists with Google Ads experience to join our team in Gurugram.

Location: Downtown, Gurugram
CTC: Up to 5.2 LPA
Shift: Night Shift (24/7 Rotational)
Working Days: 5 Days/Week
Batch Joining: 1st Week of August

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline
13 years of experience in Customer Service/BPO
Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Google Ads
Experience in a Blended Process (Voice, Chat & Email)
Excellent English communication skills (B2 Level)
Assessment Score Required: 65

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions across Voice, Chat, and Email.
• Troubleshoot Google Ads issues, including campaign setup, billing, ad disapprovals, and conversion tracking.
• Deliver first-call resolution through effective problem-solving and case analysis.
• Review historical case data to identify root causes and provide accurate solutions.
• Use AI-assisted tools to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Maintain process adherence, documentation, follow-ups, and case management.
• Drive high customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional support.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Merchant Center is an added advantage.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and process compliance.
