Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot video and photo content of machines, installations, and customer sites you will be on the floor with a camera, not only at a desk
• Edit video into publish-ready content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp campaigns
• Design creatives, posts, brochures, and ad graphics in Canva
• Build the monthly content calendar and get it approved by management before publishing
• Manage all social media accounts Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn — including scheduling and daily posting
• Grow followers and engagement measurably; respond to comments and DMs
• Write captions and copy in English and Tamil
• Manage the CRM — log incoming leads, tag and update records, keep data clean
• Pass qualified enquiries to the sales team and track what converts
• Report monthly on reach, engagement, and leads generated

Required Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
• Portfolio is mandatory — share your Instagram handle, YouTube channel, or a Drive link with your application
• Hands-on video shooting on a phone or DSLR
• Hands-on video editing — CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• Strong working knowledge of Canva
• Experience managing brand social media accounts
• Understanding of CRM and lead management
• Fluent in English and Tamil
• Good sense of design, timing, and what works on a feed

Preferred

• Familiarity with AI tools for generating content ideas, drafts, or visuals
• Meta Ads or Google Ads exposure
• Experience marketing an industrial, engineering, or B2B product
• Basic Photoshop
