Digital Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube.
• Manage the company's social media platforms by creating engaging content and maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and content creators for campaign execution.
• Monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns for new collections, festive offers, and store events.
• Manage SEO, SEM, and website content to improve online visibility.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.
• Generate reports on website traffic, campaign performance, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with sales and retail teams to support marketing initiatives and drive footfall to stores.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in the jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry is preferred.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of social media marketing strategies.
• Basic understanding of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar creative tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
