We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads to join our high-impact Performance Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
* Manage Google Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns
* Drive lead generation, buyer acquisition, seller onboarding, and home loan campaigns
* Own campaign performance metrics including CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates
* Implement and manage GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion Tracking
* Collaborate with creative teams for ad creatives, A/B testing, and campaign scaling
* Analyze performance data and provide actionable growth recommendations
Requirements:
* 2 4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
* Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
* Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Custom Audiences, and Conversion Tracking
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Proven track record of optimizing campaigns and reducing CPL
