Design engaging and visually appealing digital assets for web and mobile applications, email campaigns, social media platforms, and other digital channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and develop creative solutions
Ensure that all digital designs are user-friendly and optimized for performance and functionality
Create and maintain design guidelines and templates for digital assets
Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are accurately implemented
Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and obtain feedback for further improvements
Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or InVision
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
