We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Design Engineer with a strong background in digital circuit design. This role requires proficiency in RTL Coding and a minimum of 12 years of experience, along with 15 years of full-time education.
About the Role
As a Digital Design Engineer, a typical day involves designing and implementing digital circuits and systems with a strong emphasis on optimizing logic, timing, and power consumption. The role includes writing register transfer level (RTL) code, performing simulations, and verifying designs to ensure they meet specified performance criteria.
You will collaborate closely with physical design, verification, and software teams to integrate and validate the digital design within the broader system. This position requires a balance of technical focus and teamwork to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Lead the coordination of design activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development within the team.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to resolve design challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of experience in digital design, with a strong focus on RTL Coding.
- 15 years full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in RTL Coding.
- Strong knowledge of digital circuit design principles including logic synthesis and timing analysis.
- Experience with simulation and verification methodologies to validate design functionality.
- Familiarity with power optimization techniques in digital design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with physical design and software teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Skilled in debugging and troubleshooting complex digital systems.
