Digital CRM Consultant

We are looking for a skilled Digital CRM Consultant with expertise in Power Pages, Power Apps, Data Flow, Power Automate (Cloud), and Power BI. The ideal candidate should have experience with MS Dynamics customization. This position is located at our company, Hexaware Technologies.

Roles and Responsibility

• Design and implement digital customer relationship management solutions using Power Pages, Power Apps, and other relevant technologies.
• Develop and maintain data flow and automation processes to enhance business efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Create custom plugins using C# to meet specific business needs.
• Analyze and report on customer data using Power BI to provide insights for business decisions.
• Ensure seamless integration of MS Dynamics with other systems and applications.

Job Requirements
