Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join our team as a Senior Analyst Digital Product & Marketing Analytics. This role will own analytics for complex digital products, customer journeys, and marketing initiatives, driving high-impact insights that shape product strategy, optimize customer experience, and enable long-term business growth. The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data and AI-driven insights into compelling narratives that influence senior stakeholders.
What your main responsibilities are:
Strategic Analytics & Insight Generation:
- Lead measurement strategy across product and marketing initiatives, defining KPIs aligned to business objectives. Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and analytical rigor
- Identify long-term trends in user behavior, funnel performance, and business outcomes
- Develop scalable dashboards and reporting solutions to enable self-serve analytics
- Apply structured problem-solving and root cause analysis to uncover key drivers of performance
Data Science & Decision Support:
- Build predictive models, opportunity sizing frameworks, and growth models to support strategic planning and operational decision-making
- Conduct scenario analysis and simulations to inform investment decisions and roadmap prioritization
- Design and evaluate experiments (A/B testing, cohort analysis) to drive product and marketing optimization
- Translate data into actionable recommendations that influence product strategy and marketing effectiveness
- Leverage AI/ML models and outputs to optimize marketing investments, customer targeting, and product experiences
Stakeholder Influence & Storytelling
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Business teams to align on goals and priorities
- Bring structure to ambiguity and elevate the organizations ability to reason with data
- Communicate insights through high-impact presentations and executive-ready storytelling
- Influence decision-making by connecting data and AI insights with business context and strategic objectives
What we are looking for:
Required Qualifications:
- 6-8+ years of experience in digital analytics, product analytics, marketing analytics, or related roles
- Strong understanding of digital KPIs (conversion, engagement, retention, CSAT, revenue metrics)
- Identify long-term trends in user behavior, funnel performance, and business outcomes
- Design and evaluate experiments (A/B testing, cohort analysis) to drive product and marketing optimization
- Proficiency in data tools (SQL, Python), Digital analytics tools (adobe analytics, Target, Launch) and visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
