Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital SAP Concur Consultant with hands-on expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in requirement gathering, system configuration, integrations, and end-user support.

• Concur Integrations (SAP ERP/S4HANA, SuccessFactors, APIs)
• Expense & Travel Management
• Workflow Configuration
• User Administration & Support
• Strong SQL and Reporting knowledge (preferred)
• Excellent stakeholder communication

Roles & Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Integrate SAP Concur with SAP ERP/S4HANA and other enterprise applications.
• Configure approval workflows, expense policies, and audit rules.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Coordinate with business users, vendors, and technical teams.
• Perform testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
• Prepare functional documentation and conduct user training.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.
• Knowledge of Concur APIs and web services.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• SAP Concur certification is an added advantage.
