Dietician Consultant

The Dietitian Weight Loss & Clinical Nutritionist is responsible for providing personalized nutrition counseling, developing evidence-based diet plans, and supporting clients in achieving their health and weight management goals. In addition to clinical responsibilities, the role includes converting consultations into program enrollments, promoting wellness packages, ensuring client retention, and achieving assigned sales and revenue targets while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Nutrition & Weight Management

• Conduct detailed nutritional assessments, body composition analysis, and lifestyle evaluations.
• Develop customized meal plans for weight loss, weight gain, obesity management, diabetes, PCOS, thyroid disorders, hypertension, fatty liver, and other lifestyle-related conditions.
• Provide one-on-one nutrition counseling and regular follow-up consultations.
• Monitor client progress and modify nutrition plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educate clients on sustainable lifestyle changes, healthy eating habits, and long-term wellness.

Sales & Business Development

• Recommend appropriate wellness packages, nutrition programs, supplements (where applicable), and follow-up plans based on client needs.
• Achieve monthly consultation, enrollment, and revenue targets.
• Generate repeat business through client retention and renewal of nutrition programs.
• Cross-sell and upsell health packages, preventive health programs, and related wellness services.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to improve conversions and retention.
• Maintain a high consultation-to-enrollment conversion ratio.

Client Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized support.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.
• Address client concerns professionally and coordinate with the healthcare team when required.
• Encourage referrals and positive client testimonials.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Clinical Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification is an added advantage.

Experience

• 1-6 Years of experience in weight management, clinical nutrition, wellness clinics, hospitals, or lifestyle healthcare.
• Experience in healthcare sales, client counseling, or wellness program enrollments is highly desirable.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and medical nutrition therapy.
• Expertise in weight management and lifestyle disease counseling.
• Excellent communication, counseling, negotiation, and sales skills.
