Job Description
- Knowledge of Aluminium Extrusion dies.
- Good knowledge of Die correction idea i.e. correction of flow, size etc.
- Knowledge of press specification and its relevance in die correction.
- Knowledge of reading drawings.
- Knowledge of using measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of welding of dies.
- Knowledge of Milling & Turning Machine
- Knowledge of common extrusion defects
- Knowledge of tool stack.
- Good knowledge of filling etc.
- Taking die trials and making their trial report for further action.
- Coordination with technical, planning and packing personnel in checking disputed materials.
