Dialer Operations Specialist

Role Overview

We are hiring a Dialler Operations Executive to manage day-to-day Ameyo dialler operations, lead tracking, and call reporting to ensure smooth functioning of outbound and inbound campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Ameyo dialler to ensure smooth call flow during business hours
• Post dialler reports at fixed intervals (11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 7pm, 9pm, 11pm & EOD)
• Share daily associate CDR reports and inbound call summaries (picked, dropped, attended)
• Troubleshoot and coordinate for Tableau automation issues related to post-8pm dialler reports
• Maintain and manage Truecaller and Callyzer records
• Track and manage leads across multiple campaigns and buckets
• Manage call pacing, connectivity, and dialling via predictive & progressive models in Ameyo
• Execute outbound IVR call blasts during special campaigns
• Provide daily campaign-wise disposition reports and learner updates
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly analysis of learners dialled, connected and converted
• Support call transfers between departments (e.g., IST <> Support)

Requirements

• 24 years of experience in Ameyo dialler operations or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of predictive & progressive dialling, call pacing, and campaign setup
• Hands-on experience with Truecaller and Callyzer
• Basic knowledge of Tableau or similar reporting tools preferred
• Excellent coordination, reporting, and time management skills
