Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Candidates need to handle customer calls and Sharekhan research ideas to clients
- Place orders in client's account with proper authentication
- Initiates Sharekhan research ideas to the clients
- Need to be updated with market news, financial trends, and current affairs
- Need to do outbound calls after-market hours of reactivation customers
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate with basic Market knowledge
- Good knowledge of the financial service industry
- Good communication skills
- NISM 8 Certified
