Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. *Financial Strategy and Planning:* Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.
2. *Financial Reporting and Analysis:* Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
3. *Risk Management:* Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks associated with global operations, exports, and B2C sales.
4. *Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:* Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements in India and in countries of export.
5. *SAP and Salesforce Integration:* Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure effective use of SAP for financial management and Salesforce CRM for customer insights and sales strategies.
6. *Cost Management and Optimization:* Analyze and optimize costs across manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
7. *Cash Flow Management:* Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure to support business operations and growth.
8. *Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:* Work closely with sales, operations, logistics,various plants manufacturing and marketing teams to drive business decisions and ensure alignment with financial goals.
9. *Export and International Operations:* Oversee financial aspects of exports to 90 countries, including managing foreign exchange risks and compliance with international trade regulations.
10. *B2C Operations in India:* Manage financial aspects of B2C sales in India, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
