Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage all legal matters related to real estate projects, including litigation management and drafting of legal documents.
  
• Provide expert advice on property laws, RERA regulations, and other relevant legislations.
  
• Oversee the preparation of legal notices, agreements, and contracts for various stakeholders involved in project development.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from government authorities and maintain accurate records of all legal proceedings.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes through negotiation or mediation rather than resorting to court action.
