DevOps Platform Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Platform Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building, managing, and improving modern developer platforms and DevOps infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code, automation, Git, observability, and platform engineering practices. The candidate will work closely with development and engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and self-service platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable DevOps platforms for engineering teams.
• Develop and manage reusable CI/CD pipelines and deployment frameworks.
• Build self-service capabilities that enable developers to provision and deploy applications efficiently.
• Manage Kubernetes/container platforms across development and production environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform / CloudFormation / Ansible.
• Automate infrastructure, deployment, configuration, and operational processes.
• Establish DevOps standards, reusable templates, and engineering best practices.
• Integrate security, quality, testing, and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor platform health, availability, performance, and reliability.
• Implement centralized logging, monitoring, alerting, and observability.
• Troubleshoot platform, infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues.
• Work closely with developers, architects, security, SRE, and infrastructure teams.
• Support production environments and participate in incident management and root-cause analysis.
