Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with a strong background in Linux and Build Automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automating processes, developing robust scripts, and optimizing build workflows in a Linux environment. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can contribute to improving development pipelines and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline build and deployment processes.
Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency and reliability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing automation solutions and workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Development, and QA, to ensure seamless integration of automation processes.
Monitor and maintain build environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
Stay up to date with industry trends and implement best practices for build automation and scripting.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience.
Programming: Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting.
Linux: Strong understanding of Linux systems, including shell scripting and command-line tools.
Build Automation: Experience with build systems and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Bamboo, or similar.
Version Control: Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git.
CI/CD: Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery practices and tools.
Debugging and Troubleshooting: Ability to debug and resolve automation or build-related issues.
Team Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech IT/CS/EEE/ECE/Mech/MCA/MCS/BCS/B.Sc-Comp/BCA/ME/MTech-CS/IT/Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical
