Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Lead to join our 11-Delivery department. The role involves spearheading automation, continuous integration and deployment practices, and cloud-based DevOps strategies to support cutting-edge enterprise projects. The ideal candidate will bring significant expertise in containerization, cloud platforms, and scripting within an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless software deployment.
• Oversee containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring scalable application delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline development workflows through automation.
• Leverage tools like Terraform for infrastructure as code to enable cloud-based solutions on Azure.
• Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
• Champion agile and DevOps best practices, ensuring consistency and high-quality deliverables.
• Drive troubleshooting sessions to solve critical operational issues across environments.

Key Skills: 

• Proven analytical thinking for solving complex infrastructure and deployment challenges.
• Expertise in automation, CI/CD, and scripting with tools like GitHub and Terraform.
• Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong proficiency in cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum and agile processes.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in DevOps or related roles.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in shell scripting.
