Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled AWS DevOps Lead with 8+ years of experience to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in deploying and managing Node.js and React.js applications on AWS ECS, along with expertise in modern DevOps tools and practices including database management using AWS RDS.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and manage scalable and secure infrastructure on AWS
Deploy and maintain Node.js and React.js applications on AWS ECS using best practices
Implement containerization strategies using Docker
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or CloudFormation
Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of applications and infrastructure
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment processes
Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms

Must-Have Skills

Strong experience with AWS services (ECS, EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, ALB, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Docker and container-based deployments
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
Proven experience deploying Node.js and React.js applications on ECS
Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments
Experience with scalable and highly available system design
Monitoring tools like Grafana.

Good to Have

Experience with Kubernetes (EKS)
Knowledge of microservices architecture
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus
Experience with Nginx or API Gateway configurations
Understanding of cost optimization in AWS
