Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Lead to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD solutions supporting enterprise digital applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in cloud technologies, automation, infrastructure as code (IaC), release management, and DevOps best practices.

This role requires close collaboration with development, testing, and infrastructure teams to establish robust deployment pipelines, maintain highly available environments, and drive continuous delivery initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure Management

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-based application environments from development through production.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance across all environments.
• Implement auto-scaling infrastructure to optimize cost, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Deploy and manage middleware components required for application development and deployment.

DevOps & CI/CD Enablement

• Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines supporting rapid and reliable software delivery.
• Deploy and maintain tools required for source control, build automation, testing, and application deployment.
• Drive automation initiatives to enable frequent and seamless software releases.
• Collaborate with global and local DevOps teams to standardize deployment processes and best practices.

Release & Deployment Management

• Lead application release planning and deployment activities.
• Ensure timely and efficient code deployments using modern deployment strategies such as Blue-Green (Red-Blue) deployments.
• Establish and maintain deployment governance and release controls.

Security, Compliance & Resilience

• Ensure all application development and deployment practices comply with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Implement Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) frameworks.
• Design, maintain, and regularly test disaster recovery infrastructure.
• Ensure appropriate review, approval, and audit processes are followed for all releases.

Monitoring & Operational Excellence

• Establish application and infrastructure monitoring solutions.
• Implement proactive alerting and incident management processes.
• Develop auditing and logging mechanisms to ensure operational transparency and compliance.
• Continuously improve platform reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Applications, or related field (B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent).
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and CI/CD implementation.
• Proven experience designing and managing cloud-native application environments.
• Strong expertise in implementing and maintaining Digital Delivery Pipelines.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale deployment and release management processes.
