Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ITOPS / DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Production Support, IBM Cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure Automation, and Cloud Operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing production and non-production environments, implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, and ensuring highly available, scalable, and secure enterprise applications.
The role requires close collaboration with Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Application Support teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Production and Non-Production environments.
- Design, deploy, and maintain applications on IBM Cloud using Kubernetes.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, and Digital.ai.
- Automate deployments and infrastructure using Ansible / AAP, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Deploy and manage Helm Charts for Kubernetes applications.
- Monitor infrastructure and applications using Sysdig and enterprise monitoring tools.
- Perform production deployments, release management, and environment support.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Ensure platform availability, reliability, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement DevOps and SRE best practices.
- Improve operational efficiency through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain deployment, installation, and operational documentation.
- Participate in release planning, production readiness reviews, and risk assessments.
- Work closely with Infrastructure and Security teams on Firewall, Network Architecture, Illumio, and HashiCorp Vault (HVault) integrations.
