Job Description
DevOps Engineer Required Skills
- Provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of systems
- Work on public and private cloud systems (AWS/OpenStack/Azure/Google Cloud) and working with their APIs
- Configure and install Linux, Kubernetes, and Docker systems, build their deployment pipelines with the requirements.
- Participate in design meetings and architecture meetings and provide suggestions on feasibility, security, or scalability of system architecture.
- Write basic scripts in bash to automate the system related tasks.
- Setup and configure Containers, Orchestration tools (Mesos / Kubernetes / Docker swarm / AWS) Jenkins setup and build pipeline
- Monitor system operation to detect potential problems on networking like Load balancers, reverse proxies, Iptables etc
- Maintain current infrastructure-as-code using server configuration tool such as Puppet / Chef / Ansible or similar tools.
Master degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
