We have urgent requirements for DevOps Engineers for India deployment.
We are seeking a skilled DevSecOps / CloudOps Engineer to embed security best practices across the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). This role focuses on secure CI/CD automation, cloud operations, monitoring, and operational support, while fostering strong collaboration across development, security, and operations teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with development, security, operations, and CloudOps teams to integrate security best practices throughout the SDLC.
  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and AWS DevOps services, with integrated security controls.
  • Leverage Octopus Deploy to enable automated, repeatable, and controlled application deployments across multiple environments.
  • Automate security checks within CI/CD pipelines, including:
    • SAST
    • SCA
    • DAST
    • IaC scanning
    • Policy enforcement aligned with DevSecOps principles
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize automated security testing, validation, and monitoring processes to identify vulnerabilities and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Enforce security policies, standards, and procedures across applications, pipelines, and cloud environments in line with industry best practices.
  • Continuously assess and enhance DevSecOps, deployment, and CloudOps processes, tools, and methodologies to improve security posture, operational resilience, and deployment reliability.
  • Implement and operate monitoring and alerting solutions to detect security threats, deployment failures, and infrastructure anomalies.
  • Perform continuous monitoring of CI/CD pipelines, applications, servers, containers, and cloud resources to ensure availability, performance, and compliance.
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for:
    • Build and pipeline failures
    • Deployment issues (including Octopus Deploy release failures)
    • Infrastructure and cloud-related alerts
  • Create, maintain, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), deployment runbooks, and CloudOps operational playbooks.
  • Open incident tickets, perform initial triage, and escalate issues based on defined escalation procedures.
