Job Description
- Serve as the primary owner of our APM tools
- Work with the rest of the Global Cloud Platform Engineering team to define monitoring processes, standards, and dashboard
- Work with all engineering teams to determine the best APM toolset and process for each requirement
- Exceptional understanding of Agile and DevOps best practices
- Prior experience championing APM tools
- Strong verbal, written communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience with automation and infrastructure provisioning
- AWS, Azure IaaS, PaaS, CaaS
- New Relic / Datadog / CloudWatch / PRTG / Grafna
- Cross-platform scripting skills
- Strong hands-on experience using AWS Azure Cloud Platforms
