Job Title : DevOps Engineer
Experience : 2 to 4 years
Location : Chennai (WFO 5 days working)
About the Role :
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration. You will collaborate closely with development and operations teams to enhance deployment efficiency, system reliability, and security.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, SQS, SNS, Cognito, Lambda).
- Configure and manage VPCs, subnets, route tables, NAT gateways, and security groups.
- Automate AWS operations using AWS CLI, SDKs, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Containerize applications with Docker and manage orchestration with Kubernetes (EKS) or AWS ECS.
- Set up monitoring and alerts with Amazon CloudWatch; manage logging/auditing via CloudTrail.
- Implement backup and recovery strategies using S3 and Glacier.
- Manage IAM roles, policies, and permissions to enforce secure access control.
- Write and maintain Shell scripts for automation and maintenance tasks.
- Utilize Ansible and Argo CD for configuration management and continuous deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation, deployment efficiency, and system reliability.
Requirements :
- 2- 4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure automation.
- Good knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes/ECS, and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, Argo CD, and Shell scripting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
