DevOps Engineer

Key Skills: Chefs, Gitlab, Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Python, Ansible, Puppet, DevOps, JFrog Artifactory, Grafana, Elastic Search, Azure

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, set up, and manage CI/CD infrastructure, including servers, databases, networks, and storage across physical, virtual, and cloud environments.
• Deliver and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows using scripting and automation tools.
• Rationalize and standardize internal tooling by integrating company standards and promoting reusable automation patterns.
• Monitor application performance and health, detect bottlenecks, and improve scalability, reliability, and continuous uptime.
• Ensure deployments follow security standards and best practices; support releases for internal and external client environments.

Skills Required:

• 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in DevOps and CI/CD platform engineering
• Chef, DevOps, Ansible, Puppet for infrastructure automation and configuration management.
• Python scripting for automation and CI/CD workflow support.
• GitLab for CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance.
• Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes for building, deploying, and operating containerized services.

Good to Have:

• Azure for cloud deployment and operations.
• Elasticsearch and Grafana for observability and log/metrics analysis.
• JFrog Artifactory for artifact management in CI/CD workflows.

Education: B.E., B.Tech, or B.Tech M.Tech (Dual)
