What s Next
We re now entering the most important phase of our journey.
Our ambition is to build India s most trusted AI Co-pilot for Money, an intelligent financial layer that sits across a user s banking, investments, spending, insurance, liabilities, and financial goals.
We are building systems that:
- deeply understand financial context,
- reason across fragmented financial data,
- proactively identify opportunities and risks,
- and eventually become the default layer users consult before making any money decision.
What will you do
As a DevOps Engineer, you ll own the reliability, scalability, and operational foundation of our platform.
You ll work closely with Backend, Frontend, AI, and Product teams to ensure our systems remain fast, secure, observable, and resilient as we scale.
You ll be expected to think proactively about infrastructure bottlenecks, deployment workflows, monitoring systems, and engineering efficiency.
You will:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure
- Improve deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows
- Build observability systems across logs, metrics, tracing, and alerting
- Improve backend reliability, uptime, and incident response workflows
- Help scale systems handling financial and transactional workloads
- Optimize infrastructure costs while maintaining performance and reliability
- Work on infrastructure security, access controls, and operational best practices
- Support AI infrastructure workloads and model-serving systems
- Improve engineering velocity through automation and tooling
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams on architecture and scalability decisions
What we re looking for
You ll be a strong fit if you:
- Have 2 6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Have strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Understand containerization and orchestration systems deeply (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, etc.)
- Have experience building CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Understand observability and monitoring systems well
- Have worked on scaling production systems with meaningful traffic
- Have strong understanding of reliability, performance, and security best practices
- Are comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments
Bonus points
- You ve worked in fintech or other high-reliability systems
- You ve supported AI/ML infrastructure workloads
- You ve worked on event-driven or real-time systems
- You ve built internal developer tooling or platform systems
- You ve managed infrastructure at high scale
- You actively automate repetitive workflows instead of manually operating them
